Unique 4.3 layer construction with aluminum foil middle barrier layer. Ideal for aseptic packaging and fitment applications. Uses include any type of liquid packaging, from drinks to baby food and stick pouch and aseptic spouted pouch applications. Heat-sealable FDA compliant food grade HDPE film, aluminum foil barrier layer with a white OPP outer layer.
The film is top coated with JetComp’s proprietary inkjet receptive coating technology for trouble-free printing with any UV, Eco-solvent or Latex printer. Once printed it can be used in the flat as a proof or assembled into a functional package using double-sided tape or conventional heat sealing equipment. For thicker constructions, add a layer of clear or matte laminating film. For matte finish use Krylon matte spray.
