4.3mil retort/liquid-Pac film is the hottest market in packaging and is designed for producing retort aseptic spouted pouches. Suitable for any liquid packaging requirement, stick packs or gourmet coffee bag application. High gloss 4.3mil multi-layer construction of heat-sealable FDA compliant food grade HDPE film, aluminum foil barrier layer with a white OPP outer layer.
The film is top coated with JetComps proprietary inkjet receptive coating technology for trouble-free printing with any UV, Eco-solvent or Latex printer. Once printed it can be used in the flat as a proof or assembled into a functional package using conventional heat sealing equipment. For thicker constructions, add a layer of JetComp 8200 clear or 8201 matte pressure sensitive PET over-laminating film. For Matte finish without adding thickness use Krylon Matte spray.
